About the position

The Client Advocate & Order Processor at FireSprint is responsible for processing orders, managing schedules, and providing customer service support. This role requires multitasking and attention to detail to ensure that all orders are handled efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders using the website and Lumen once placed into preflight.
  • Create schedules and lists reflecting job deadlines and outsourcing needs.
  • Maintain the structure of Routes, Short Descriptions, Due Dates, and Notes for each job.
  • Answer emails and phone calls as part of customer service duties.
  • Document all standard operating procedures used on the Client Experience Team.
  • Review and adjust orders based on customer or internal team needs.
  • Process feedback, reprints, and refunds as necessary.
  • Coach clients through quotes, online ordering, and product specifications.
  • Protect the integrity of FireSprint's customer base by reviewing new account applications.
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of all equipment used.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in typing and written/verbal communication.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
