About the position
The Client Advocate role at SS&C involves supporting clients using the Black Diamond Wealth Platform™ solution. This position is integral to maintaining strategic relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing their technology and financial industry-related issues. Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to solve their problems and ensure satisfaction.
- Undertake discovery and education activities to help clients troubleshoot technology and financial issues.
- Act in a consultative manner by offering creative solutions and identifying opportunities for greater value delivery.
- Educate and train clients on rapidly changing software systems to drive adoption.
- Troubleshoot platform-specific and technology-based issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
- Build trust and transparency with clients to strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with teammates to solve internal issues and client problems.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentations and written documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Mid-level analysis skills and software troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Familiarity with financial services or investment management industry.
