About the position

The Client and Outsourcing Support Administrator at Amalgamated Bank plays a crucial role in supporting the Trust Middle Office by collaborating with the Bank's outsource partner, FIS. This position involves providing assistance with FIS technology, managing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators. Responsibilities

  • Submit various requests to FIS, including password resets for the Bank's online portal for Trust clients.
  • Assist the manager working with FIS and their different systems, partners, and suppliers.
  • Monitor SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators) with FIS.
  • Assist manager with reviewing reports to ensure compliance with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
  • Review and distribute information about changes and upgrades to FIS software.
  • Submit requests for new client accounts and portfolios, including affiliations.
  • Assist with the review of the FIS statement tracker report and anticipated statements.
  • Assist the Department Manager with filing reporting with appropriate agencies.
  • Assist with the production and review of tax reporting to clients and the IRS.
  • Review corporate actions and income as processed by FIS.
  • Support the implementation of new services and processes provided by FIS.
  • Assist the Trust Outsourcing Services manager with the fee billing process.
  • Provide general support to the Trust Client and Outsourcing Support Manager in researching and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Perform various administrative duties as directed by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • General knowledge of securities industry's policies and procedures.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the global custody industry.
  • Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer software applications (MS Word, Excel, Access).
