The Entry Level Client Associate position at Elite Direct Management Inc. is designed for individuals looking to grow within a dynamic start-up environment. This role focuses on creating engaging experiences that connect clients' brands directly to consumers through innovative live presentations. The position involves hands-on training to develop client-centric outreach and sales campaigns, with a strong emphasis on client service and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Use provided materials, training, and practice to master product knowledge and provide superior Client experiences to potential future consumers.
• Deliver informative, educational and impulsive presentations with the goal of new Client enrollment or current Client upgrades.
• Keep accurate records of all Client interactions, track all potential revenue opportunities and compile a daily report for senior management.
• Participate in training opportunities provided by senior leadership.
• Effectively manage assigned territory and alert senior management to any potential concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in a Client relations or Client service based role
• Driver's License
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday with some Saturdays
• Ability to attend in-person training at the office
• Ability to travel locally
• Willingness to start within 2 weeks.
