Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and helping clients
  • Delivering tax returns electronically
  • Processing client payrolls
  • Sorting and scanning client documents
  • Filling in at front desk helping clients in the lobby
  • Preparing quarterly payroll tax returns
  • Delivering financial statements electronically
  • Collecting and logging in accounting and tax documents from clients
  • Downloading and requesting bookkeeping documents
  • Receiving and posting debit and credit card payments in software
  • Providing payroll data for insurance calculations
  • Using spreadsheets to track information
  • Running errands

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in Customer Service, Administration, or payroll
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
  • Teamwork and cooperation

Nice-to-haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
