About the position

The Client Care Coordinator will serve as a vital link between Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), providers, and members, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care. This role involves managing various projects, tracking goals, and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. The position is hybrid, allowing for remote work while requiring travel for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between MCOs, providers, and members, maintaining professional and responsive communication.
  • Coordinate meetings via email, phone, and in-person as needed.
  • Innovate and implement solutions to improve workflow and job efficiency.
  • Work on assigned projects, including tracking goals and managing referrals.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed progress reports.
  • Attend in-person meetings at various locations to meet client needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or corporate environment is preferred.
  • Satisfactory criminal background check.
  • High-speed internet for remote work.
  • Ability to attend in-person meetings and travel as required.
  • Proven ability to accept constructive feedback and meet attendance standards.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in caregiving, personal or professional (1 year preferred).
  • Experience working with people with developmental disabilities (1 year preferred).
  • Experience in scheduling (1 year preferred).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (1 year preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (1 year preferred).
