About the position

Responsibilities

  • Document interactions, follow up on commitments, and complete tasks promptly.

  • Utilize various software tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • BS Degree or relevant coursework in Gerontology, Social Work, or Health Care Administration.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years prior work experience in a service-oriented role with face-to-face customer interaction.
  • Demonstrated passion for helping others, especially seniors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong documentation skills with a focus on thorough follow-up.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in software programs for operational efficiency.

Nice-to-haves

  • MS Degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience in senior care or related fields such as Hospice, Home Health, or Rehabilitation Facility.
