About the position

The Client Care Coordinator at 1st Choice Personal Care LLC is responsible for managing staffing schedules, ensuring client needs are met, and overseeing the recruitment and training of staff. This role requires a reliable and organized individual who can handle various responsibilities, including client visits and shift coverage, while maintaining a positive attitude and effective communication with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage staffing schedules to ensure all client shifts are covered.
  • Check the clock-in system throughout the day to monitor staff attendance.
  • Ensure all client needs are met through regular communication and visits.
  • Cover open shifts as needed to maintain service continuity.
  • Assist with staffing recruitment to fill open positions.
  • Participate in orientation and ongoing training for new staff members.
  • Be available for bi-weekly on-call duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • At least one year of experience as a staffing scheduler is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and typing skills are necessary.
  • Strong time management skills are essential.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
  • Excellent organizational skills are needed.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to client care are essential.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service for at least 4 years is preferred.
  • Experience in schedule management for at least 4 years is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% is preferred.
