About the position

The Client Contracts Administrator I at AMN Healthcare is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and ensuring compliance with contract terms related to candidate qualifications and credentialing requirements. This role involves assisting internal business partners in interpreting and implementing contract terms, as well as preparing and updating documentation to support clinical leadership and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Review all client contracts for compliance with company standards and client expectations.
  • Build candidate qualification and credentialing requirements in appropriate systems accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate and prioritize workload to meet deadlines consistently for all assigned activities.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to achieve target completion dates.
  • Communicate and follow up with appropriate partners to ensure a positive client and clinician experience.
  • Engage with internal functional teams and customers to ensure successful completion of contract responsibilities.
  • Clarify facility requirements with 3rd Party and Direct Clients, negotiate differences, and document efforts.
  • Resolve ad hoc requests and take timely action to clarify information or escalate as needed.
  • Document work timely and accurately, ensuring all platforms are up to date.
  • Achieve quality, accuracy, and productivity targets as assigned by the leader.
  • Stay abreast of process changes and assist with workflow development and quality-related activities.
  • Support special projects such as Strike events, EMR projects, and State audits.
  • Handle complex issues while maintaining a flexible, positive, and collaborative demeanor.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED plus 2-5 years of work experience.
  • 1 year of experience with compliance and/or credentialing (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in the health insurance industry (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in project management (preferred).
  • Yellow belt certification (preferred).
  • IT and/or Compliance certification (preferred).

Benefits

  • Competitive pay rate ranging from $18.25 to $21.50 hourly, dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
