About the position

The Client Enablement Manager at Cotiviti, Inc. plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between client-facing teams and development. This position is designed for individuals who excel in client-centric project management, troubleshooting, and escalation processes. The primary focus of this role is to build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The Client Enablement Manager will engage in rapid evaluation and resolution of technical inquiries and requests, thereby enhancing the overall client experience. Additionally, this role involves gathering requirements for software tools aimed at improving the efficiency of testing and claims analysis, contributing to the continuous improvement of work management processes. In the broader context, the Client Enablement Manager is responsible for ensuring that existing clients recognize the value of Cotiviti's solutions and partnership. This involves developing targeted project and action plans, maintaining communication with both internal teams and clients, and ensuring the completion of tasks. The role requires a proactive approach to analyzing client releases and testing plans, coordinating multi-product planning, and maintaining a comprehensive mapping of client-facing test environments. The Client Enablement Manager will also be tasked with communicating sensitive information tactfully, resolving issues promptly, and mitigating risks associated with projects. Overall, this position is integral to fostering a high-performance team culture and driving client satisfaction through effective project management and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop targeted project/action plans and associated communication, ensuring the completion of tasks both within Cotiviti and at the client.
  • Create and maintain project status through collaboration with the project team.
  • Review deliverables prepared by the team before delivery to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal client services teams and client contacts to understand the client's internal product and software release cycles and plans.
  • Analyze clients' releases and testing plans against Cotiviti's and devise viable strategies to coordinate both.
  • Coordinate multi-product planning across multiple internal and client teams.
  • Collaboratively ensure alignment across internal Cotiviti teams by addressing questions and documenting decisions.
  • Maintain a mapping of client-facing test environments, tracking key attributes of each environment such as deployed products, deployed software releases, deployed rule sets, and specific technical configuration options.
  • Maintain a calendar of client releases and the expected environment needs for each.
  • Communicate sensitive information tactfully, protecting company confidential or HIPAA-related information.
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
  • Work with the Client Lead and Cotiviti partnering teams to mitigate teamwork and communication problems.
  • Keep track of lessons learned, sharing those with the Client Lead, team manager, and other relevant parties.
  • Minimize company exposure and project risks while identifying opportunities for improvement and making constructive suggestions for change.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, particularly in a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and compellingly.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and develop workable solutions.
  • Experience in coordinating multi-product planning and managing client relationships.
  • Familiarity with software release cycles and testing plans.
