About the position

The Client Executive 2 will oversee 12 Atrium Health accounts in the Charlotte, NC area, focusing on enhancing patient satisfaction, employee retention, and development. This role requires strong leadership and financial acumen, along with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee salaried managers across multiple sites.
  • Drive patient satisfaction and employee retention.
  • Develop and implement employee development programs.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify growth opportunities among existing clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Lead and develop a strong team to meet operational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of basic management experience.
  • 7 years of functional experience in food services operations management.
  • Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Culinary production experience.
  • Knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) or The Market Connection (TMC).
  • Proficiency in computer skills and report management.
