About The Position

The Client Experience Coordinator at Planet Dance is responsible for creating a welcoming and organized environment for families interested in joining the dance community. This role serves as the first point of contact for families, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their journey with the studio. The Coordinator will engage in communication, administrative support, event planning, and marketing efforts to foster a vibrant community atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to emails with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Follow up with new registrations to provide all necessary information and answer questions.
• Act as a liaison for new families, ensuring an easy and worry-free transition into the studio.
• Perform general administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations of the studio.
• Manage and oversee monthly billing for each account.
• Help set the studio's annual schedule, ensuring smooth operations throughout the year.
• Oversee and organize all community events hosted by the studio.
• Plan fun and engaging events for studio families, fostering a sense of community.
• Manage all birthday party bookings.
• Write and distribute monthly newsletters and weekly studio updates to families.
• Assist in gaining leads and growing enrollment through community connections and marketing efforts.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
