About the position
As a Customer Experience (CX) Associate at PaulHood, you will play a vital role in enhancing client interactions during the peak tax season from January to April. This position focuses on delivering a personalized and high-quality client experience, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported throughout their engagement with the firm. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, client communications, and data management, all aimed at fostering client retention and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a client advocate, ensuring all tasks are completed to enhance client experience.
- Perform document preparation, scanning, and other administrative duties to support client interactions.
- Act as a point of contact for client communication, providing phone and office support.
- Enter accurate client data using software and tools to facilitate smooth project coordination.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year or more of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with client relationship management software or project management software strongly preferred.
- Data entry or call center experience preferred.
