About the position

The Client Experience Specialist is a remote service-oriented role focused on managing non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close. This position aims to create a seamless experience for agents, clients, and all parties involved in the transaction process. The specialist will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and ensure timely and accurate transaction closures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with agent services, agents, and third parties to ensure compliance documentation is received.
  • Organize transaction details in applicable systems and provide updates to agents, clients, and third parties.
  • Act as the point-of-contact for all deal stakeholders through closing, obtaining necessary documentation for clear to close.
  • Coordinate scheduling of home inspections, appraisals, and closings with all parties involved.
  • Manage communication with all parties involved in the transaction, ensuring regular updates.
  • Prioritize service to agents and all parties with a positive attitude to create a seamless experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with a people-first approach.
  • Technical proficiency in navigating multiple software systems.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to clearly advise and resolve issues.
  • Attention to detail and quality assurance in work processes.
  • Adaptability to changes in the work environment and ability to manage competing demands.
