About the position
The Client Experience Specialist is a remote service-oriented role focused on managing non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close. This position aims to create a seamless experience for agents, consumers, and all parties involved in the transaction. The specialist will work collaboratively to enhance the transaction process, ensuring timely and accurate closings while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and deadlines.
- Collaborate with agent services, agents, and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
- Organize transaction details in applicable systems and provide updates to agents, clients, and third parties.
- Act as the point-of-contact for all stakeholders through closing, obtaining necessary documentation for clear to close.
- Coordinate scheduling of home inspections, appraisals, and closings with all parties involved.
- Manage communication with all parties throughout the transaction process.
- Prioritize service to agents and all parties with a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a people-first approach.
- Technical proficiency in navigating multiple software systems.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
