About the position
The Client Experience Specialist is a remote service-oriented role focused on managing non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close. This position aims to create a seamless experience for agents, consumers, and all parties involved in the transaction. The specialist will work collaboratively to enhance the transaction process by eliminating friction and ensuring timely and accurate closings.
Responsibilities
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and deadlines.
- Collaborate with agent services, agents, and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
- Organize transaction details in applicable systems and provide continuous updates to all parties involved.
- Act as the point-of-contact for agents and clients through closing, obtaining necessary documentation for clear to close.
- Coordinate scheduling of home inspections, appraisals, and closings with all deal parties.
- Manage communication with all parties involved in the transaction, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a people-first approach.
- Technical proficiency in navigating multiple software systems.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
