About the position

The Client Experience Specialist is a remote service-oriented role focused on managing non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close. This position aims to create a seamless experience for agents, consumers, and all parties involved in the transaction. The specialist will work collaboratively to enhance the transaction process, ensuring timely and accurate completion while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents.
• Identify and manage contractual dates and deadlines to ensure timely transaction closure.
• Collaborate with agent services, agents, and third parties to ensure compliance documentation is received.
• Organize transaction details in applicable systems and provide updates to agents, clients, and third parties.
• Serve as the point-of-contact for all deal stakeholders through closing, obtaining necessary documentation for clear to close.
• Coordinate scheduling of home inspections, appraisals, and closings with all parties involved.
• Regularly update and manage communication with all parties involved in the transaction.
• Prioritize service to agents and all parties with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a people-first approach.
• Technical proficiency in navigating multiple software systems.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
