About the position

The Client Experience Specialist is a remote service-oriented role focused on managing non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close. This position aims to create a seamless experience for agents, consumers, and all parties involved in the transaction. The specialist will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to enhance the transaction process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and deadlines to ensure timely closings.
  • Collaborate with agent services, agents, and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation in transaction files.
  • Organize transaction details in applicable systems and provide continuous updates to agents, clients, and third parties.
  • Act as the point-of-contact for all deal stakeholders, obtaining necessary documentation for clear to close.
  • Coordinate scheduling of home inspections, appraisals, and closings with all parties involved.
  • Manage communication with all parties throughout the transaction process, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with a people-first approach, anticipating needs of agents and consumers.
  • Technical proficiency in navigating multiple software systems effectively.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Attention to detail and quality assurance in monitoring work accuracy.
  • Adaptability to changes in the work environment and managing competing demands.
