Yes No Location Chicago, IL Full job description Who we are looking for: We are looking to add a Client Financial Analyst (CFA) to our team. The CFA will actively participate in the review and analysis of financial reports and other financial information to assess and monitor the health of our business and help meet and/or exceed Eicoff, Ogilvy and WPP financial objectives. This includes the preparation and development of useful analysis tools to assist executive decision making concentrating on key metrics such as revenue, profit, margin, staff cost to revenue, exception reporting, phasing, salary run rate trends, headcount trends, discretionary costs, severance etc. What you'll do: Coordinating all financial aspects or needs of a client including, but not limited to: Managing client financial onboarding Preparing, reviewing, and approving client invoices, in conjunction with account service Managing accounts receivable and WIP Participating in financial review meetings Preparing and reviewing external and internal client reporting Partnering with finance manager to review and record monthly revenue recognition Validate and process station invoices, maintain accurate accounts payable records, and ensure timely invoice handling. Assisting with other ad hoc financial projects What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Must have a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in related field. Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to utilize Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's, Sumif(s) and Index Match, etc. Knowledge of SAP and Cartesis/BFC a plus. Strong knowledge of IFRS and SOX controls. Problem Solving - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information skillfully, and maintain confidentiality.
