About the position

The Client Engagement Manager role at Rise Technical Recruitment is designed for an ambitious recruitment consultant looking to drive client success and accelerate their career towards a Directorship. This position offers the opportunity to shape the US Client Engagement team, enhance partnerships, and contribute to the company's expansion in the US market within a dynamic, start-up environment backed by a multimillion-dollar business.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Client Engagement strategy that supports growth and aligns with brand objectives.
  • Liaise with the UK Client Engagement team to drive business strategy and increase brand awareness.
  • Represent Rise at networking events and client visits as a brand ambassador.
  • Assist the US Recruitment team in winning repeat business and managing PSL negotiations.
  • Manage internal and external communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience with business development experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly ambitious and goal-driven.
  • Client-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Full driving license.
