About the position

The position at WayForth LLC involves providing exceptional client experiences during home transitions, particularly for seniors. The role requires compassion, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach while assisting clients with downsizing, packing, and unpacking their belongings. The employee will work closely with a Project Manager to ensure that all aspects of the move are handled efficiently and with care, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent customer experience by performing all responsibilities with care, attention to detail, and efficiency.
  • Properly wrap and unpack clients' belongings into and from boxes or containers safely and carefully to avoid damage.
  • Help manage all areas of the client's move including downsizing, staging, packing/unpacking, and clear outs.
  • Examine products for defects prior to packing.
  • Strategically pack to replicate the client's home as closely as possible.
  • Seal, label, and load containers for moving with care to avoid damage or breakage.
  • Adhere to and support the project plan as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Provide consideration and care to client and clients' goods while working within the company's ethics agreement.

Requirements

  • Must be vaccinated or willing to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 within two months of starting.
  • Must have reliable transportation to transport supplies and employees to client/project locations.
  • Must be willing to drive long distances within the serviced area when scheduled.
  • Must have a smartphone and/or computer to check schedule and work emails daily.
  • Must attend all required trainings and read/reply to work-related emails.
  • Must be able to download work-required apps onto personal phone & computer.
  • Must be available to work 3+ consecutive days per week (Monday to Friday) between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for 4-8 hours during assigned projects.
