• Contribute to client workshops to understand and support their treasury and business automation goals
• Employ proactive project management methodologies to manage multiple complex and global client projects effectively
• Streamline documentation processes using tools like GDOCS for accurate and timely delivery of product documentation
• Act as the central liaison between internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions
• Ensure clients can operate their accounts and services as expected, meeting project expectations before completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to optimize internal processes and project delivery
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Net Promoter Score and improve client experience
• Promote a positive culture by maintaining a balanced approach to work and life, even under pressure
