About the position

The Client Implementation & Integration Manager at HSBC plays a crucial role in managing client relationships and overseeing multiple payments and liquidity projects. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding of clients onto HSBC's channels and solutions, driving satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders. The role emphasizes proactive project management and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of client relationships post-sales, leading client communication throughout the project life cycle and beyond.
  • Contribute to client workshops to understand and support their treasury and business automation goals.
  • Employ proactive project management methodologies to manage multiple complex and global client projects effectively.
  • Streamline documentation processes using tools like GDOCS to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product documentation.
  • Act as the central liaison between internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions, effectively communicating with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure clients can operate their accounts and services as expected, meeting project expectations before completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally, including Operations, Product, Digital Channel, Legal, Sales, and IT to optimize internal processes and project delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Net Promoter Score and provide feedback to improve client experience.
  • Promote a positive culture by maintaining a balanced approach to work and life, even under pressure.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Extensive experience in building effective client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in payments and liquidity product knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of various industry file formats and testing methodologies.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in successful project management, utilizing relevant tools and techniques.
