About the position

As a Client Implementation Program Manager in Fusion at JPMorgan Chase, you will lead and manage complex projects to ensure the successful delivery of client implementation and change for the Fusion data solution. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project delivery with strategic goals while ensuring client needs are accurately interpreted and met. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Fusion Client Implementation projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Ensure projects are completed successfully, to scope and on time.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Partner to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and manage team performance to meet project goals.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance project delivery.
  • Gather feedback and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management.
  • Excellent program leadership skills, able to work collaboratively and influence effectively across the wider team to drive collective delivery.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies e.g. Agile.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools including JIRA, Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • A PM certification such as APMP would be beneficial.
  • A Program Manager with a track record of successful delivery is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Investment Data Management, Analytics or AI would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of product management lifecycle a plus.
