This is a hybrid position and will be required to work in one of the CVS Offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Implementation Managers are responsible for onboarding complex and customized new and/or existing clients joining CVS Caremark and/or strategic products. As an Implementation Manager, you have end-to-end accountability for the overall implementation project. The role is client-facing and responsibilities include establishment and management of client relationships during the onboarding process. In addition, responsibilities include development and management of overall project plans to drive project teams to specific milestones, risk assessment and mitigation, and effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes. You may be expected to mentor and help train other team members who join the team. As a manager, you may be expected to support strategic initiatives for the organization or department.
