The Client Manager for Employee Benefits is responsible for collaborating with the Employee Benefits sales and service team on the development and execution of client-centered strategies. This role involves managing a book of business and directing/contributing to the work of a multi-disciplined service team. The successful candidate will exhibit proven competence in all Account Manager duties and knowledge requirements, collaborating with a mentor from the sales and service team to manage an assigned book-of-business. Key responsibilities include comprehending and communicating all aspects of the renewal process to clients on all lines of coverage (medical through ancillary), including marketed analytics. The Client Manager will assist the sales and service team in the development of multi-year strategic plans for clients, client financials, and renewal negotiations. Additionally, the role involves preparing and delivering client renewal presentations and employee enrollment meetings, actively participating in the team mentorship program, and acting as an Affordable Care Act (ACA) subject matter expert. The Client Manager will also handle the collection of fees, reconciliation, and resolution of any outstanding balances within 60 days of the invoicing date, while ensuring compliance with agency management system data standards and data integrity.
