About the position

The Solutions Account Manager at FindLaw is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships to achieve retention and revenue goals. This role involves proactive management of assigned accounts, collaboration with Field Consultants, and cross-functional teamwork within Thomson Reuters to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Secure contract renewals for assigned portfolio of customers and meet monthly renewal volume and revenue requirements.
• Ensure client retention and satisfaction by proactively identifying problem areas, trends, and opportunities.
• Provide account analytics and insights, recommending action plans and providing timely updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Act as the primary internal point of contact for assigned accounts, establishing strong working relationships with clients and internal partners.

Requirements

• Four-year degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years client management and/or sales and marketing experience.
• Proven success with retention of client population and associated revenue.
• Well-developed negotiation skills and ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially via telephone.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through in accordance with service level agreements.

Nice-to-haves
