About the position
The Client Manager position at World Wide Technology (WWT) focuses on driving sales of technology solutions and services to large Media and Entertainment accounts. The role emphasizes building relationships with C-level executives, leveraging AI to enhance business value, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Responsibilities
- Enabling customers to leverage AI to drive business value.
- Positioning enterprise technology, networking, and data center solutions along with WWT's value-added services.
- Working in partnership with Consulting Systems Engineers in large Media and Entertainment accounts.
- Building professional relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Coordinating sales activities with the Inside Sales team, including targeted mailings, telemarketing, and marketing events.
- Maintaining client and OEM relationships.
- Continuing education on evolving networking, data center, and storage technologies.
Requirements
- Successful track record of selling to large Enterprise or Media, Entertainment, or Gaming companies.
- Understanding of the technical challenges and demands of networking, storage, and virtualization.
- Experience in consultative solution selling.
- Strong skills in developing new relationships with customers and recommending technical solutions.
- Critical skills in account planning, calling at all levels within the customer's organization, and managing partner relationships.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
