About the position

The Client Manager for Product Development at hMetrix, LLC is responsible for leading the implementation life cycles of reporting assets tailored for clients in the healthcare sector. This role requires a deep understanding of claims and data sources to deliver customized solutions, driving automation in data processing and analysis, and mentoring junior team members. The position also involves collaboration with clients to design effective solutions and managing product development within cloud-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation life cycles of reporting assets using Tableau for healthcare clients.
• Employ a deep understanding of claims and other data sources to deliver customized solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to design and iterate solutions for tracking populations of interest.
• Drive automation in processing and analysis of claims and clinical data using Python and SQL.
• Review existing processes, design workflows, and build pipelines for end-to-end data processing automation.
• Lead product and software development and innovation of hMetrix's cloud-based products and services deployed in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Design products to improve and consolidate processes and enhance legacy systems.
• Use Jira to manage project priorities and track activities with partners and clients.
• Mentor junior team members in project workflows and the healthcare industry.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or related role, including:
• - Software and product development experience.
• - Analyzing and developing reporting assets for healthcare clients using Python, SQL, and Tableau.
• - Developing analyses in the healthcare domain.
• - Deploying scripted cloud-based products within AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
• - Using Atlassian Jira.
• - Large scale healthcare data management, integration, enhancement, and validation.
• - Leading teams and projects.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
