About the position

The Client Manager at InsideTrack is responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships within the foodservice industry. This role involves managing accounts, creating reports and presentations, and collaborating with the Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and success. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, organization, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage period bids for customers
  • Process information requests from customers
  • Coordinate and present webinars for potential and existing customers
  • Perform sales analysis
  • Establish and deepen relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support as their primary contact within InsideTrack
  • Conduct ongoing meetings and calls to communicate frequently with customers on updates, information, concerns, and opportunities
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues
  • Create recommendations and facilitate action for resolution
  • Identify opportunities for potential upsell of Platform services
  • Organize and conduct onboarding of customers
  • Track follow-up for any customer-involved meetings and keep internal systems and databases up-to-date with customer information
  • Market new programs and services to customers
  • Procure, organize, and disperse data
  • Track all client activity and opportunities in Salesforce

Requirements

  • 4-year Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
  • Efficient, detail-oriented, and well organized
  • Excellent computer skills, including expertise with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to explain complex information in ways that are easy to understand
