Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between the company and clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their marketing needs and objectives.
  • Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies and plans that align with client goals.
  • Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, design, development) and external contractors to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, presenting insights and results to clients and stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and industry trends.
  • Oversee the syndication and launch of campaigns across designated platforms.
  • Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate Social Media feed with Campaigns and outbound messaging.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time-management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with specific tools/software used in your company, e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
