About the position

The Client On-boarding Specialist role is designed for individuals with experience in client onboarding and account opening processes, particularly within the financial services sector. This position involves working closely with various teams, including Sales, Admin, Operations, and Product, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients. The role offers a hybrid work schedule and is ideal for early-career professionals seeking growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the due diligence, account opening, and entitlements during client onboarding.
• Interact directly with Transaction Managers and high-value internal and external clients.
• Review potential new client profiles to determine the necessary due diligence information.
• Collaborate with Transaction Managers to complete account set-up and entitlements.
• Work with billing and operations to maintain complete client profiles.
• Review received information for accuracy and submit it to support teams for processing.
• Use internal systems to process client information and regulatory disclosures.
• Communicate with support teams to ensure timely completion of records.
• Prioritize and track workflow to ensure records are completed on time and escalate issues to senior management.

Requirements

• General experience in Corporate Banking.
• Knowledge and experience with client onboarding and account opening processes.
• Experience with Agency & Trust products is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a team environment and interact with various departments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proactive and able to operate independently with minimal management oversight.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
