About the position

As an Implementation Specialist at ADP, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new clients and ensuring they are comfortable using ADP's products and services. This position involves consulting with clients to deliver tailored solutions, implementing ADP technologies, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs. Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution by understanding their business needs.
• Implement ADP technologies by analyzing existing systems and business processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to exchange information and address client issues.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and communicate effectively using Microsoft Office products.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in a client service/customer service environment.
• At least one year of business consulting experience.
• A college degree is preferred but not required; relevant experience or military experience is acceptable.
