About the position

ADP is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for small business clients after they purchase ADP's industry-leading payroll and HR solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with clients and ensure a seamless implementation of ADP's technologies, setting them up for long-term success. You will have a direct impact on the daily lives of your clients' employees, from managing paychecks to health benefits and beyond. Your day-to-day activities will involve answering calls from clients, following up on open items, and ensuring that their needs are met. Each day will present new challenges as you interact with clients from various industries and geographies, tailoring your solutions to their unique requirements. This dynamic environment will keep your work interesting, and ADP's top-ranked training will equip you with the skills necessary for success. To excel in this position, you must thrive in a metrics-driven call center environment and be comfortable with a structured workday. Your ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients is crucial, as is your clear and professional communication style, both over the phone and in writing. Responsibilities

  • Onboard Clients by creating exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
  • Implement ADP Technologies by analyzing existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
  • Partner Internally by collaborating with ADP associates in sales and customer service, exchanging routine information with the client project team.
  • Multi-Task & Communicate by managing multiple time-sensitive follow-ups/projects simultaneously and sharing essential information with clients and internal teams.
  • Adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to handle a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required; training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory.
