Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that align with company goals and values.
  • Oversee the lead generation process to attract top talent through various channels, including campus recruitment and social media management.
  • Collaborate with HR sourcing teams to streamline internal recruiting processes and enhance candidate experiences.
  • Manage executive recruiting efforts, ensuring a seamless transition for high-level hires.
  • Utilize Kronos and other HR systems to track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Facilitate training development sessions to equip new employees with essential skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with new hires, providing guidance and support throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in onboarding management or a related HR role.
  • Strong skills in technical recruiting, internal recruiting, and executive recruiting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Experience in lead generation strategies and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems such as Kronos is preferred.
  • Ability to develop training programs that cater to various learning styles.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for all new hires.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
