About the position

The Client Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in the Global Client Onboarding team, supporting a diverse portfolio of prospects and facilitating their transition to valued clients. This position involves managing onboarding activities, providing technical support, and ensuring a smooth client experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, assisting with onboarding activities and providing solutions to their operational inquiries.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support, financial transaction issues, and daily client requests.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, including field relationship advisors and relationship managers.
  • Manage a client-facing departmental email box, ensuring timely responses and high levels of professionalism.
  • Support a portfolio of prospects, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Research inquiries and offer resolutions in complex scenarios, adhering to regulatory requirements.

  • Motivated self-starter who can handle multiple tasks and high volumes of work efficiently.

  • Confidence and professionalism when handling challenging conversations with prospects and clients.
  • Prior experience in a consultative client-facing role, communicating via phone, video conferencing, and email.
