In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding process for our clients. Your attention to detail and strong operational background will be key in delivering exceptional client service. You will conduct thorough and accurate onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed and filed according to company policies and procedures. As the main point of contact for the internal Marsh Client Service Team during the onboarding process, you will respond promptly and professionally to any inquiries or concerns. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively communicate with clients and address any questions or concerns they may have. Monitoring and tracking the progress of each client onboarding will be part of your responsibilities, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or delays. You will also maintain accurate and organized client records, adhering to company confidentiality and security protocols. Proactively identifying areas for improvement in the onboarding process and making recommendations to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction will be crucial. You will adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring all client onboarding processes are in accordance with industry standards. Participation in team meetings and training sessions will help you stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry developments.
