About the position

The Client Onboarding Specialist at IQonic Wealth Management plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients. This position involves completing all necessary application and account-opening paperwork for both insurance products and investment accounts. The specialist will communicate and collaborate with Associate Financial Representatives to address client inquiries, facilitate money movement, and manage the underwriting process for insurance applications. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for tracking all tasks using the provided CRM system and other tools, ensuring that all client interactions are documented and managed effectively. In this role, the Client Onboarding Specialist will also provide support to Advisors and Associate Advisors, contributing to the overall client service experience. The position requires a strong understanding of financial services, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge to specific client situations. The specialist will be expected to build and expand relationships with clients, demonstrating problem-solving skills and the ability to engage and align with others. A focus on self-development and the development of others is essential, as is the ability to communicate in an approachable, respectful, and inclusive manner. The ideal candidate will set and model high performance standards, exhibiting self-confidence and emotional intelligence. Responsibilities

  • Complete all application and account-opening paperwork for insurance products
  • Complete all application and account-opening paperwork for investment accounts
  • Communicate and work with Associate Financial Representatives regarding client inquiries, money movement, and underwriting
  • Manage the underwriting process for any insurance applications
  • Track all tasks with the provided CRM system and others
  • Provide support for Advisors and Associate Advisors

Requirements

  • College Degree
  • Ability to obtain Life and Health Insurance License within 60 days
  • Ability to obtain SIE, Series 7, Series 63 within the first year
