The Client Onboarding Specialist role is designed for a proactive and friendly individual to support a busy bookkeeping firm by managing the onboarding process for new clients. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, client interaction, and problem-solving, making it dynamic and engaging rather than monotonous. The specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring clients have a smooth onboarding experience while contributing to the overall efficiency of the business.

Responsibilities

• Speak with clients over the phone and on Zoom with a friendly attitude.
• Gather necessary information from clients and guide them through the process.
• Manage multiple schedules and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Respond to emails quickly with quality answers.
• Set up new clients in various systems and maintain an organized virtual filing cabinet.
• Coordinate work with off-site workers and check in on their progress.
• Propose new ideas to improve business operations and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
