IntePros is excited to partner with a Fortune 200 Investment Banking and Financial Company in helping them identify a Client Operations Analyst for a critical engagement in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of client-related tasks within the organization. The Client Operations Analyst will be responsible for completing daily tasks with a high level of attention to detail, following established procedures, and reporting any discrepancies that may arise. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all assigned tasks are completed on time, and any issues that cannot be resolved independently must be escalated appropriately to ensure timely resolution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and good critical thinking skills, which are crucial for identifying and addressing operational challenges. Training will be provided to help the selected candidate acclimate to the specific processes and systems used by the company. However, industry knowledge and related work experience are required to ensure that the candidate can contribute effectively from the outset. Candidates should have at least a 2-year degree, with a preference for those holding a B.Com, BBA, or MBA with a focus on finance. Previous experience as an analyst in the banking sector is preferred, as is experience in analytical roles such as trade operations, accounting, or business analysis. The ability to multi-task and work independently is essential, as is the comfort in asking questions and following up as needed to ensure clarity and completion of tasks. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is also required to perform the duties of this role effectively.
