About the position

The Account Support Manager at NCR VOYIX is responsible for managing key service relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving service excellence. This role involves project management, mentoring team members, and utilizing technical expertise to enhance customer experiences. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to lead projects from inception to completion, while also providing recommendations for process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage important service relationships with clients.
  • Ensure fulfillment of promises and meet customer needs.
  • Provide thought leadership and cultivate new and existing customer accounts.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Utilize sales resources to aid in closing sales and work on proposals.
  • Develop tools to report on ongoing projects and check in with clients regularly.
  • Provide recommendations for procedures, processes, and product improvements.
  • Review service quality and coordinate additional training as necessary.
  • Adapt daily responsibilities based on customer needs and account requirements.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of NCR hardware and software products.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in project management, relationship management, and sales support.
  • Encyclopedic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
