About the position

The Client Operations Manager - EE Navigator at AssuredPartners is responsible for the client setup in the employee benefits system, implementation, and maintenance of client administration, along with various operational functions. This role emphasizes building meaningful relationships with clients and providing impactful solutions while working closely with senior leadership and other departments. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Set-up of new client information and updating of renewal information in the benefits system.
  • Data entry of rates and employee demographic information during the setup process for new clients and renewals.
  • Assist in data integrity reporting by identifying, reconciling, researching, and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Support the team in ad hoc reporting activities.
  • Identify, reconcile, research, and resolve system-related issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance plan rules for all plans including health, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing of self-serve webs and system enhancements.
  • Represent AP Benefit Advisors positively and professionally with both internal and external customers.
  • Contribute to team goals by accomplishing related projects.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
  • Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and/or equivalent work experience in EE Navigator.
  • Insurance knowledge of health, life, and disability plans preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, with excellent Excel skills and knowledge of Access preferred.
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Ability to meet operational deadlines and manage timelines.
  • Quality focus and skilled multi-tasking.
  • Professional presentation and attire.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
