About the position

As a Client Operations Supervisor at Barry's, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional hospitality and smooth daily operations. This role involves supporting the management team with marketing initiatives, team development, and maintaining studio facilities, all while fostering a strong community atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Lead on duty, ensuring seamless class check-ins and studio operations according to policies and procedures.
• Support management of studio staff on duty and develop effective relationships with clients and staff.
• Assist the Senior/General Manager and Assistant General Manager with studio marketing strategies, including client acquisition and community initiatives.
• Train and develop team members to ensure a consistent client experience and uphold brand standards.
• Oversee the implementation of milestone and loyalty programs, celebrating special events to drive community engagement.
• Manage studio systems such as Zendesk and Brandbot, ensuring client inquiries are resolved promptly.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold brand standards, including laundry and facility maintenance.
• Deliver excellent customer service at the Fuel Bar and retail, managing inventory control and merchandising.
