About The Position

GreenSavers is a nationally recognized certified B Corp Home Performance Contractor, having earned the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Contractor of the Year award for the last eight consecutive years. We are currently seeking a Client Outreach Coordinator to join our dynamic Portland install team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our client engagement and outreach efforts, ensuring that prospective clients are informed about our services and offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking incoming calls from potential clients, providing information about our Home Performance Audits, Beyond Net Zero Audits, and Home Energy Consultations, and selling these services to both new and existing clients. In addition to sales responsibilities, the Client Outreach Coordinator will also be tasked with selling enrollment into the GreenSavers Home Performance Plan, scheduling energy audits and estimates, and accurately filling out client intake forms. A significant part of the role involves reaching out to vendor-referred clients and engaging with leads from Home Depot, particularly for water heaters and HVAC services. The position requires assertive communication skills and a comfort level with over-the-phone sales, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
