About the position

The Client Partner Executive at T-Mobile is a strategic sales role focused on building and maintaining relationships with large companies in the Tech Media vertical. This position is responsible for driving sales excellence, engaging with executive-level clients, and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet customer needs. The role requires a strong business development background, the ability to create executive relationships, and a successful track record in selling and implementing large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will leverage T-Mobile's advanced network and product portfolio to achieve revenue objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong executive customer relationships and deliver high impact presentations with measurable business objectives.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, identify custom solutions, negotiate and close complex contracts.
  • Deliver technology solutions that solve customer needs and enable digital transformation.
  • Anticipate risks with customer satisfaction and establish recovery action plans to improve overall experience.
  • Engage decision makers and influencers in assigned accounts to improve client business with appropriate offerings.
  • Drive account planning, construct strong forecasts, and accurately input data into CRM.
  • Understand each customer's technology footprint and strategic growth plans to offer targeted solutions.
  • Present business reviews to senior management regarding progress and roadblocks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years of Business Sales Experience in Tech, Media, Services Vertical (Required)
  • 2-4 years of experience leading technology project implementations (Required)
  • 4-7 years of prior wireless experience (Required)
  • Strong business planning and relationship management skills (Required)
  • Understanding of business metrics and financial drivers (Required)
  • Ability to create and present persuasive content to C-level executives (Required)
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com and MS Office Suite (Required)
