About The Position

The Client Partner will support the growth of the ONESOURCE Indirect Determination, Compliance, and e-invoicing business by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. This role focuses on the ONESOURCE Indirect tax Suite of products and ONESOURCE Pagero, ensuring successful implementations and fostering collaboration across various functional lines to enhance service delivery and technology adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrable project management skills, ideally with a recognized qualification (e.g., PMP).
  • Experience in scoping, estimating, and contracting for professional services engagements.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to achieve win-win outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ONESOURCE products or similar tax technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and contract management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project scoping, estimates, and SOWs for professional services delivered by Thomson Reuters' Technology implementation team or jointly with implementation partners.
  • Manage documentation and contract management from conception to completion, including SOWs and associated agreements.
  • Establish document control processes with customers, vendors, and Thomson Reuters Legal for NDAs.
  • Partner with in-house Legal and subject matter experts to define exceptions and amendment language in contracts.
  • Coordinate pre-sale documentation, including reviewing and managing approved documentation and coordinating with sales for SOW completion timelines.
  • Track and update contracts within the SharePoint library, monitoring project status and acting as a document ownership resource.
