About the position

The Client Partner at UST Global is responsible for leading key Healthcare customer accounts, focusing on business development and sales. This role involves identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Client Partner acts as a trusted advisor, ensuring client needs are met and advocating for their interests within the organization. The position requires strategic planning to expand service offerings and grow revenue, alongside managing project delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with client stakeholders to discuss business needs and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand the client's business goals and IT strategies to offer relevant solutions.
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan to expand service offerings.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of client solutions.
  • Monitor project performance and address any delivery issues.
  • Act as a client advocate within the organization.
  • Manage client feedback processes and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction levels.
  • Create and manage relationships across various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in client-facing roles within the IT services industry, preferably in Healthcare IT.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven experience in growing account revenue and managing large accounts.
  • Solid understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar accounts or Fortune 500 clients.
  • Knowledge of specific industry domains such as healthcare and retail.
  • Familiarity with IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Significant business development experience.
