About the position

TEAM Risk Management Strategies is seeking a driven, full-cycle seller for the role of Client Partnership Lead. This position is integral to our growth strategy, focusing on sourcing and winning new business within the small to mid-market fiduciary markets, including regional banks, community banks, private fiduciaries, and lawyers. The Client Partnership Lead will report directly to the Co-president and will be part of a dynamic team of four sellers. This role is designed for someone who is eager to engage with prospects, qualify leads, and close new business effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new revenue for TEAM by closing new business for TEAM's Core service offering for mid-market financial institutions
  • Source and engage prospects within assigned territory (mid-market)
  • Qualify, persuade, and close new business
  • Consistently hit activity targets (cold emailing) to build your pipeline
  • Quarterback deals and marshal executive-level support within large financial institutions to deliver new business in a time-effective manner
  • Engage prospects and cultivate industry partnerships at conferences
  • Field and qualify inbound sales opportunities from website and inbound calls
