About the position

The Client Program Coordinator position is a client-facing role that supports both external and internal clients throughout the client journey, from implementation to back-office program management. This role ensures that client data is accurate and updated in all systems while collaborating with various teams to provide high-quality support and service to Brand Standards clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide field administrative support to specialists performing third-party audits.
  • Communicate with clients on program updates and notify them of upcoming assessments.
  • Proactively identify potential issues or service misses and resolve or escalate disputes in a timely manner.
  • Manage client buffers, round generation, impact fees, and other service parameters according to the statement of work.
  • Ensure accuracy of all client data including invoicing.
  • Assist with Brand Standard Support Services projects, such as new client implementation and new system implementations.
  • Collaborate with Client Program Leads, the Operations team, and others to provide world-class service to Brand Standards clients.
  • Identify and analyze opportunities for client program improvements.
  • Track reassessments within the work order management system to ensure compliance with service dates.
  • Build and maintain client hierarchies and OnBrand site management.
  • Create new services per client request.
  • Collaborate with all teams in the business including sales, account management, scheduling, logistics, technical standards, quality, and billing.

Requirements

  • One year of client implementation experience.
  • One year of work order management systems experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field.
