About the position

The Client Project Coordinator at Basile Studio is responsible for ensuring client project success through effective communication and coordination across multiple departments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong problem-solving skills. The coordinator will manage client interactions, oversee project timelines, and facilitate collaboration among teams to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage initial and ongoing client communication throughout projects.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure client project success.
  • Respond in a timely manner to all sales inquiries.
  • Work with Project Sales Engineering to vet potential projects and manage client communications regarding processes, pricing, timelines, and contracts.
  • Understand the Master Schedule and capacity to facilitate client communication.
  • Check in with team members on their progress and help solve roadblocks to meet deadlines.
  • Act as the scheduling point of contact for internal teams and external clients.
  • Collect status updates from the team to analyze and report progress to management.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Fabrication, and Admin teams to develop standards and streamline processes.
  • Create and utilize tools to relay project schedules, updates, and critical information to clients in a timely manner.
  • Assist in developing priorities for the Estimating and Engineering departments related to client inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or similar preferred.
  • 3+ years of Project Coordination experience required.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Highly values efficiency and able to handle a high volume of tasks.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to learn new technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software required.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet a plus.
